Interview with Shannon O’Donnell

In 2006, Shannon left her home in Florida to head for the bright lights of Los Angeles. A couple of years later, she became a total pioneer.
She worked online and began traveling the world in 2008, and she hasn’t stopped.
Shannon was a digital nomad before it was a thing. She was also a lone female solo traveler looking for role models.
Instead of finding one, she’s become one.
Listen to Shannon talk about the changes she’s seen in. . . pretty much everything since she started her travels.
As she notes during the interview, “the entire culture has shifted.”
Learn how Shannon survived those early travel years, and how much easier it is today.
Thinking about becoming location independent? At minute 23, Shannon gives some great advice for getting started with a portable career.
And to help you on your travels, Kitty’s put together a downloadable Minimalist Packing List for you.
